Yaaay, weekend is finally here and I am off work 😛 I have no plans to go out as it has been very cold lately and I get lazy to come out of my cozy pajamas 😉 So. I decided to spend my cozy time writing a review for you all. Today, I am here to review Murad Renewing Eye Cream.

My Experience with Murad Renewing Eye Cream:
It is recommended to start using anti-ageing products when a woman turns 30 years. Off late, my concealer started settling in the fine lines and I started to observe teeny-tiny bumps under my eye area and that is when I decided to start using an anti-ageing eye cream to avoid any future damage to the delicate area under the eyes. Â Under eye area is the first part on the face which starts showing signs of early ageing. Â You can control the damage when you start treating them as early as you notice it irrespective of age. Â Murad claims to be scientifically proven, multi-active eye cream that firms, brightens and hydrates to minimize eye area ageing.
Packaging:  It comes in a clear plastic bottle that has an attached pump to dispense the product. At first, I was bummed to see the packaging as I expected it to look lavish considering the price of the product, but practically, it is a well-designed bottle that is quite lightweight and easy to carry as there is no chance of breakage. Also, having a pump is an advantage as you don’t have to dig your fingers to get the product out as most other eye creams.
Texture:  This cream has a smooth, soft and lightweight texture and blends evenly on the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky on the skin.
Smell:  I did not notice any smell. I consider it to be mostly fragrance free under the eye,  but I felt a very weird smell when I blended it to my hand. Overall, smell isn’t a concern as it is fragrance free under the eyes.
Results:  I agree to the fact that it takes lot of time and effort to reduce the already formed fine lines, so I don’t expect my under-eye cream to magically vanish them overnight, but I do see a difference in appearance of bumps.  It moisturized the skin under the eyes making it firm, bright, smooth and also reduced puffiness around the eye area. I definitely feel that this product will help to keep the fine lines under control. It doesn’t irritate and burn, it feels very relaxing and cooling under the eye area.
Overall, I love the results of this product, but I would love to wait for some more time to actually notice any difference in the fine lines.

Cons of Murad Renewing Eye Cream:
- Quite expensive (this is not a major complaint as most of the eye creams are on the expensive side).
- Cheap (not lavish looking) packaging.
- Not easily accessible.
Overall, I am happy to use this product and recommend it, but I would not repurchase it as I love to try different products.
