I have so many rose and oud combination perfumes because I really love that combination for spring and summer seasons and find such fragrances more appropriate to wear than strong oud perfumes. Recently, I purchased Narciso Rodriguez Rose Musc Eau De Parfum and here comes the review.

My Experience with Narciso Rodriguez Rose Musc Eau De Parfum:
Rose Musc comes housed in a gold rectangular glass bottle with a transparent, rectangular plastic cap on it. The bottle contain 100 ml of perfume.
“Rose Musc” is a very unique scent! When you first apply it on to the skin, it offers a very sweet, floral scent, but with time, the fragrance changes from floral sweetness to a synthetic oud note.
Oud in this fragrance is a very safe, toned-down version. When the fragrance fully dries down, it smells sweet, rosy, and a little woody. The rose musc has an EDP concentration. The fragrance is sweet and dark at the same time which makes it very unique. It is marketed as a unisex fragrance, but in my opinion, it’s more on the feminine side. It’s not “in your face” or “overpowering” that might be one reason of its popularity.
Rose Musc is more of a summer scent and it’s more appropriate for day-time use. I don’t think there is enough to stand out in evening wear. This fragrance is perfect for someone who wants to try oud and wants to be on the safer side. Sillage of this perfume is average. The lasting power is not quite impressive, I have better perfumes in the same price range, and they last better on me. I would say the staying power of Rose Musc from which last better on me. Rose musc from Narciso Rodriguez lasts from 6 to 7 hours on me.

Yes, if you want to try an oud perfume but do not want an “in your face” or an “overpowering” fragrance. No doubt, it is a nice fragrance, but I am not quite impressed with the lasting power.
