After seeing so many reviews on Natio products, I too wanted to give them a try. A quick search on the internet and I found these cuties. I bought three of them- Charm, Spirit and Fun. I like how uniquely they are named. These are my very first Natio products. Let’s see how this one fares!
Conditioning and deeply moisturising lip balms with a hint of sheer, natural colour. Rich in nourishing natural emollients, the creamy Shea butter formula conditions and protects lips. Lightly tinted and packed with vitamin A and E to coat lips in cute, caring colour. Available in six sheer happy-go-lucky shades.
My Experience with Natio Charm Tinted Lip Balm:
Packaging: Natio Charm Tinted Lip Balm comes in a transparent plastic packaging. A sticker around the body displays the shade name and ingredients. It’s very easy to spot these as they are transparent and you can see the colour of the balm. The packaging is very simple and travel friendly. It looks decent; not too good, not too bad.
Colour/Pigmentation: I picked these lip balms without looking at the swatches, because a lot of times it happens that the actual shade differs to a great extent. But, I was quite surprised to see that this shade suits me very well. Charm is a proper mauve colour. It gravitates towards brown. You can say it’s a pinkish brown lip balm. But, on swatching this one comes off as pink on your lips. The pigmentation is okay-ish. Minimum 2-3 swipes are needed. And, for the colour to show properly, you need 3-4 swipes. I don’t mind that because it makes your lips look super luscious, plump and healthy.
Texture: I love how smooth and creamy this lip balm is. It doesn’t feel sticky when you purse your lips together. But, it surely coats your lips like a lipstick. This one doesn’t contain any shimmer at all. It glides on so smoothly. It is very buttery and leave my lips thoroughly moisturised and hydrated for at least 4 hours, even after removing the balm off my lips.
When you wipe it off lightly, the remnants of the product provides moisture and your lips don’t feel dry at all. This Natio lip balm is best applied under a lipstick. I really love that it hydrates my lips so well.
Staying Power: The lip balm fades with meals and talking, but it still provides moisture. As said earlier, it hydrates the lips very well. I applied this balm at 6 PM and then at 11, I went to bed dabbing just a drop of almond oil on my face and lips. The next morning my lips did not feel dry till noon. Usually, I apply Nivea Lip Butter and the next morning after bath, I need to apply a lip balm. But, with this I did not feel the need to do that. So, I’m really very impressed!
Smell/Taste: It smells like cocoa butter. It smells like coconut and chocolates also. I really like the smell, It isn’t overpowering. It doesn’t even last any longer than 2 minutes after application. It doesn’t have any taste, though!
