My Experience with Natio Pure Mineral Skin Perfecting BB Cream:

I really don’t have any good complexion products because I don’t prefer anything on my face except lotion and sunscreen, but you do need to have a good stash of BB cream, foundation, and tinted moisturizers for special occasions or for times when you want just a bit extra, but do not want to look like you have made a lot of effort. I know that was a little confusing. Anyway, so I bought a whole lot of complexion products from Natio and Maybelline, and in this post, I am reviewing Natio’s not-exactly-a BB cream, BB cream!

I’ll explain why I said that later, but let’s talk about the packaging first. This BB cream is packed in white tube with a flip cap. It is a squeeze tube, so you know how much product you want, so you have full control over the quantity.

The BB cream is very lightweight but gives approximately 80% coverage on me! It is more of a lightweight foundation than a BB cream. For me, BB cream means something that would impart sheer coverage, but this does not. It gives me so much coverage and I’m super happy about it! Now you know why I said it’s not exactly a BB cream.

This cream gives me a very dewy finish on my skin without looking oily or greasy, again a thing that I love. My skin just looks super luminous and “lit from within.” Before this BB cream, I never liked dewy finish on me because after some time, it starts to look oily because I have combination skin, but this thing stuff changed my mind!

The shade is “medium” and perfect for my skin tone. It blends easily on the skin and goes on very smoothly. I only need the tiniest amount of product for my face and neck, so yes, a little does go a very long way. One thing that I have noticed is that you shouldn’t apply any other cream/gel-based product on top of it because I’ve done that (used my Lotus sunscreen) and it went super patchy on me. It looked horrible after that. So, apply all the skin care before applying this BB cream.

Talking about the staying power, it stays on me forever! I apply it before going to work, I come back 12 hours later, and my skin still has this luminosity to it, and mind you, I travel 2.5-3 hours a day! It doesn’t budge or dry out my skin at all. I set it with Natio Loose Power and I’m set for the day!

• Goes on super patchy if you apply sunscreen on top of it.
