The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner Review

The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner Review

Hello Everyone,

I picked up two products during the sale at “The Nature’s Co” recently and this was one of them.  I was very happy with my purchase after using the Fuller’s Earth Face Pack that gave me amazing results and glowing skin.  So, I was expecting another winner from this brand.

The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner Review

Unfortunately, I ended up being very unhappy with this one.  Well, it happens, nobody is perfect.  We all have had bad experiences with dud products from high-end brands, this is one of them.  I shall let you know why.

Product Description:

This conditioner is from the “Foressence” range.  Treat your hair to the goodness of Apple and Guava extract.  They are moisture retaining, rich in vitamins and full on natural fiber, leaving hair clean, soft and shiny.

Ingredients

Directions For Use:

Apply a small amount on hair and scalp and gently massage.  Rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary.  For best results, follow with Apple and Guava conditioner.  Because it is natural, it can be used daily.

I was very surprised to the see that the “directions for use” has been copied from the shampoo’s usage directions.  How can a conditioner be followed by a conditioner and as far as I know, a conditioner should not be applied to the scalp, but only to the hair.

Apple

I am shocked as to how a high-end brand can be so careless with the usage directions.  I am sure any normal person who does not have any idea would buy it blindly, but blog readers like us, do know that these things cannot be taken easily.  This was a big turn off for me.

Price:

Rs. 645 for 250 ml.

Packaging:

It comes in a white, plastic, tall bottle with a green flip cap.  I had to squeeze the bottle again and again to bring enough product out.

My Experience with The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner:

I am very fond of hair care products and bought this as it is said to be purely natural.  I like the fragrance of apple and guava, but other than that, there is nothing good to say.

cap

It did not do anything to my hair.  I took 4-5 times the quantity of conditioner that I would normally take and even then, I didn’t know where it went.  If it had gotten absorbed, at least some effect should have been there, but nothing at all.  The fragrance does not even last for five minutes.

Guava

Pros of The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner:

  • Nice fragrance.
  • It did not do anything bad to my hair.

Cons of The Nature’s Co Apple Guava Hair Conditioner:

  • Difficult to squeeze out the product, I prefer conditioners that are in tubs.
  • I really don’t know where the product goes once applied onto the hair, it just disappears.
  • No effect on the hair texture, my hair was better even when I just shampooed.
  • Expensive.

IMBB Rating:

1/5

I am giving 1 point because it at least did not ruin my hair or cause any hair fall, thank goodness.
