My Experience with Nature’s Essence Acne Magic Powder Face Pack:

The product comes in a white, long tub with green graphics declaring the product details. Frankly, the tub looks hideously cheap but that shouldn’t actually be a problem as it is indeed dirt cheap. The cap is a screw on kind. Another plastic flap keeps the product moisture free.

The colour of the powder is a dirty white. It has a very earthy smell, what we call “saundha” in Hindi, much like Fuller’s Earth.  I must say I love this smell. It is very soothing. The texture of the powder would have been fine if not for the presence of dried and ground herbs. Just a few drops of water are enough to turn it into a nice thick paste that smells even better.  The paste has to applied only to the affected areas, i.e., the portion of skin with the breakout. It dries pretty quick, well within five minutes, but needs to stay put for around fifteen to twenty minutes, according to the instructions on the tub. Washing it off is not a hassle.

Nature's Essence Acne Magic Powder 5

After two consecutive uses, I found that it did dry out the pimples. However, it was only after a couple of weeks’ usage that I came to the conclusion that it does not work on scars. Also, it is very drying and must not be applied on the entire face. An okay product, but scar lightening claims are not true.
