The refreshing, rejuvenating and revitalizing Kesar Facial Kit helps to maintain the texture & lustre of the skin. It cleans the dead epithelial cells of the skin, making it clean, smooth and soft. It brings out the radiant glow by increasing blood flow. The kit consists of Deep cleansing cream, refreshing scrub, Kesar massage cream and skin firming glow pack.

Nature’s Essence Kesar Glow Facial Magic Saffron Kit comes packaged in a big, white coloured cardboard box. The facial kit contains four bright orange coloured plastic jars; they are Saffron Care Cleanser, Saffron Care Exfoliator, Saffron Care and Saffron Care Firm Glow Pack. Each of these jars has a label containing the product details.

1. Saffron Care Cleanser (Deep Cleansing Cream): Cleansing is the first step of a facial. As per the instructions, I cleanse my face with this cleansing cream for about 2 minutes and then, I wipe my face with a wet tissue. The cleansing cream has a mild smell, but it is not pleasing enough. This peach coloured cleansing cream has a thick and creamy consistency because of which my skin feels sticky and super oily.

2. Saffron Care Exfoliator (Refreshing Exfoliator Scrub): Exfoliation is the second step of any facial routine. The scrub comes in an orange tub. The tub has all the details mentioned on it in small fonts. The scrub is light pink in color but has no significant smell. The consistency of this scrub is quite thick and creamy. It has large, brown coloured exfoliating granules, which are good for women who like their scrub to be slightly abrasive. Though it is creamy, still it is not gentle enough for my skin type. I exfoliate my skin and neck for around two to three minutes after which, I rinse my skin with water. The scrub makes my skin red and leaves a sticky residue behind. However, my skin feels soft and smooth after using this scrub.

3. Saffron Care (Kesar Massage Cream): Unlike the cleanser and exfoliator, this massage cream is white in colour. It has a strong smell and can be bothersome for women with sensitive noses. Though the instruction is to massage the cream for around 15 minutes, still I keep massaging until the product gets fully absorbed into the skin. The cream makes my skin softer and smoother, but I didn’t notice any significant glow on my face.

4. Saffron Care Firm Glow Pack (Skin Firming Glow Pack): The face pack is light yellow in color. It is a kaolin mud pack because of which the consistency is thick and creamy. The facemask spreads evenly onto the skin. I keep the pack on my face for around 15-20 minutes after which I wipe the dried face pack with a wet cotton and then, I wash my face with water. The mudpack absorbs the greasiness and oil from my face up to some extent.

Overall, the facial kit does nothing to impart any added glow to the skin; it does not fulfil its claims. I also got some severe breakouts after using this one as it made my skin super oily. Also, the tub packaging is not very hygienic. Hence, this product is totally a disappointment 🙁
