Hair Type: Dry and frizzy

Recently, Nature’s essence launched a new series of skincare product in Nature’s Organic series. I picked up a shampoo from their Oriental Orange ‘N’ Lime range. So, here I am reviewing Nature’s essence Nature’s Organic Oriental Orange ‘N’ Lime Shampoo.

My Experience with Nature’s Essence Nature’s Organic Oriental Orange ‘N’ Lime Shampoo:
The Shampoo comes in a medium sized square shaped transparent bottle with a black dispenser. The dispenser is of pump type which is easy to use. This packing is easy to use and leak-proof. All the product description and directions to use are mentioned on the back of the bottle.
Inside it, it is a light orangey shampoo which has a medium gel consistency. The fragrance of the shampoo is so refreshing. It is more of zesty orangey fragrance with a hint of lemon. It has a mild sweet citrus fragrance. It lathers up nicely with a coin-sized amount.
It is very mildly scented and the fragrance remains for half an hour or so after usage. But, the fragrance does lift up your mood while bathing. You will like the fragrance if you like mildly sweet fragrance in shampoo. This shampoo is suitable for all hair type. I’m certain that it doesn’t dry out the hair.
It is a gentle gel formula which cleanses the hair very well. Although, I might not buy it again as I found it too mild. The squeaky clean feeling after shampooing was also missing. It is an average shampoo with nothing extraordinary claims.

- Very mild fragrance.
- Really affordable.
- Doesn’t dry out the hair.
- Not tested on animals.
- Nice packaging.
- Apt for everyday use.
Cons of Nature’s Essence Nature’s Organic Oriental Orange ‘N’ Lime Shampoo:
- Squeaky clean feel was not there.
- Doesn’t control frizz.
- Contains SLS.
