Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit Review

Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit Review

Hello dearies,

I have already mentioned in my earlier posts that I am a girl who prefers at-home-facial kits. I do not usually buy the same kit until and unless I have extremely loved the effects given by the kit. The only two facial kits that I have been loyal to are the VLCC Papaya Fruit Facial Kit and the Joy 24 Carat Gold Facial Kit.  I have approximately 4 kits at my place and God knows when I would finish them up.  I got this particular kit because it claimed to work very well on pigmentation and blemishes and my acne leaves behind bad scars, so I thought that it would be worth a shot.

Papaya facial kit

My Experience with Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit:

Talking about the kit first as a whole, it has 4 contents and they are mentioned above. The tubes come in an orange packaging and the size of the tube is like the size of the finger. The tubes may last for two uses for sure and if you have a small face like mine, then it might work up to 3 times. The fragrance of all the contents is almost the same. It smells like papaya, I enjoyed the fragrance while doing the facial.  I used all the contents with ice cold water because the lotions and scrubs get absorbed very quickly into the skin and I wanted a good half an hour massage, so my mom dipped her hands frequently in ice water while massaging my face.  By the way, it is my mom who does my facials and vice versa. After years of doing the same, we both have become experts now 😛 Now, I will talk about the individual tubes.

Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit 3

Step 1: Papaya Milk Cleansing Cream:

This soft and oil-free face cream not only cleanses the skin, but also cleans the dead skin cells to give a fresh and clear look.

cleansing milk cream

How To Use:  Gently massage the cream for 3-5 minutes for cleansing.

The cleansing milk is neither watery nor thick, it is a gentle yellow-coloured cream which cleans dirt out from the face before the exfoliation process.  It was gentle on the skin and my mom massaged it on my face for 4-5 minutes and it was soothing on the skin and my mom wiped my face with cotton and the impurities could actually be seen on the cotton. I felt that this part was very necessary as the lotions wouldn’t really work on dirty skin. As soon as it was wiped off from my face, my skin started to feel very soft and smooth and I couldn’t feel the pimples on my face.

Step 2: Papaya Exfoliating Scrub:

This dried pulp contains not only dead cell cleansing agents but also complexion improving extracts. It lightens the patches and enhances cell stimulation.

exfoliating scrub

How To Use:  Apply on blemished skin, massage gently and clean after 3-5 minutes.

The exfoliating scrub is a gel-based scrub in which the gel is transparent and I could notice small red beads for exfoliation.  I am a harsh scrub lover, so I thought it might not do a great job for me, but when mom actually used it on my face, the granules were great. I could feel the exfoliation happening on my skin. I loved the massage with the scrub and mom massaged it for 7 minutes or so.  After wiping off the scrub, I touched my nose and half of my pores were clear and the area felt smother and the face looked very bright and perfectly clean.

Step 3: Papaya Anti-Blemish Cream:

This cream has strong properties to lighten the blemishes, pigmentation patches and dark circles. The enzymes also offer peeling action and restore natural complexion.

anti blemish cream

How To Use:

Gently massage the cream for 10-15 minutes and clean with wet cotton.

The cream is thick in consistency and yellow in colour.  This is obviously supposed to be used with ice water.  The cream felt thick on my skin.  This cream claims to lighten blemishes, so my mom massaged it for 15 minutes and wiped it off.  After that, I could see that the blemishes were not that clear; its not a magical product because the blemishes could be seen after a while.  This made me feel that this product would work after a few uses.  My skin felt soft and very bright and that glow was there on my face and it looked pretty clean. After wiping it off, I steamed my face for 10 minutes and then cleaned the blackheads and whiteheads with the blackhead removing tool.

Step 4:  Papaya De-pigmentation Pack:

Based on papaya enzymes and citrus extracts, it has natural bleaching properties to improve the complexion of the skin. It also removes the dead epithelial cells and replenishes with the fresh glowing skin. Ideal to be used in case of blemishes, pigmentation, dark patches and dark complexion.

depigmentation pack

How To Use:  Apply pack on wet face and leave for 15 minutes. Clean with fresh water. Apply sun magic before going out.

I applied this pack on wet face and kept it till it dried completely.  I had applied a thin layer, so it dried within 5 minutes, but I washed my face after 15 minutes. The pack did not sting.  Its thick in consistency and whitish grey in colour, but spreads easily on wet face.  I loved the effect I got after I washed my face and my skin was glowing and bright.

Overall, I feel that it is an amazing kit because rest of the kits just tend to give glow to your skin, but this will give you a glow and work on blemishes and pigmented skin as well.  The effect was good after two uses and I feel it will give even better results if used twice every month.

Pros of Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit:

  • Affordable.
  • Can be used up to 2-3 times.
  • The tubes are small and handy, so can be easily carried around.
  • I got a face wash free from the same range.
  • It did not sting, so I would say it is suitable for sensitive skin as well.
  • Will do a good job in reducing blemishes and pigmentation.
  • Gave me soft skin which looked bright and glowing for a week after using it.

Cons of Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit:

  • All the contents smell the same, I would have preferred a variety.

Will I Repurchase Nature’s Essence Papaya Facial Kit?

Yes, I have already ordered another one and waiting for it to come and I will use it continuously because I think it did a great job for my skin and I totally recommend it to people who have pigmentation or minor acne scars, do try it. Hope it works great for you too!!
