Nature’s Essence Strawberry Lip Balm
Hello girls!
I stocked up a few lip balms as my lips feel parched lately, this lip balm was one of them. It’s been quite a while since I’ve bought a strawberry flavored lip product, so I thought why not! And after all it has SPF 30. Check out how I like this lip balm here:
Price: INR 49 for 4gm (What? 😀 )
Product description:
Indulge your chapped lips with Nature’s strawberry-scented lip balm. This vintage-inspired balm contains a combination of rich emollients that lock-in moisture and vanish dryness after only one application.
Key Ingredients: Almond Oil, Vit-E, Strawberry Flavour, Avabenzone and Benzophenone.
My experience on Nature’s Essence Strawberry Lip Balm
This lip balm comes in a round plastic tub. Everytime you apply, you have to dip your fingers in the tub, which isn’t always hygienic! But when unscrewed, you see the rich and brightly colored balm. The packaging is sturdy. The plastic isn’t cheap, it’s strong and almost looks like glass. The lip balm is travel friendly. Easy to throw it in the bag. As soon as you open the lip balm, you are greeted with rich coconut smell which is no where close to ‘strawberry-scent’, which is okay as I love the tropical fragrance of the balm. I like how strong it smells. It lingers on for good amount of time. Sensitive noses would have a major problem with the strong fragrance. The consistency of the lip balm is liquidy. It’s runny on the lips so a little goes a long way. This balm gives you the prettiest pink hint on the lips! I Love it so much! It does bleed when applied more than three swipes. Also, the staying power is low. Blame it all on the runny consistency of the lip balm. It’s light, does not feel heavy on the lips and has SPF! It provides moisture to the lips as long as it’s on the lips. After that, my lips feel as parched as they were before. And it tastes bitter.

Cons of Nature’s Essence Strawberry Lip Balm

3. Low staying power
4. Runny consistency
5. Doesn’t hydrate the lips
6. Tub Packaging.

Final Verdict on Nature’s Essence Strawberry Lip Balm
At 49 bucks, this one’s good (especially if you love collecting lip balms, like me). I adore the colour of the lip balm, it’s fragrance, SPF 30 and of course the pink hint. But if you are looking for something that moisturizes your lips, skip this one.
