I need your suggestions. I have sever oily hair with dandruff for many years now. I have tried all leading brand of shampoos but no respite.Now I am willing to try neem water which I collect after boiling neem leaves in water which I intend to apply on my scalp daily.Do you think this is helpful?

it doesn’t help with controlling the sebum production but helps with dandruff.. use the neem water as your last rinse.also add few drops of neem oil in ur regular hair oil.
if you have seborrhea , use a ketaconazole shampoo and visit your derma ! not sure how much neem leaves or oil can help you with acute stage !
i have same problem. ketaconazole shampoo controlls the situatn only the day and day after you shampoo your hair.
first thing visit a dermatologist.i had a similar situation and was given zinc pyrithione and fluconazole shampoos.it should be alternated for a whole month and then on floco should be used once every 15 days as maintenance.visit a derma or else u will also lose locks of hair along with it.
try schwazkoff (sorry not sure of the spelling) anti dandruff shampoo.
It helped me a lot. Its a salon product so you need to buy it from any salon. Price is around 500 but its worth it as the bottle is big.
You may give Sebamed anti dandruff shampoo a try.
