My Experience with Neutrogena Deep Clean Energizing Foaming Cleanser:

Beginning with the packaging of the product, the face wash comes in a big yet sleek squeeze tube. The entire product-related information is printed at the back of the tube. The tube closes securely with a big flip top cap and makes the tube is totally leak-proof. The size of the nozzle is just perfect and it dispenses the product easily. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel friendly.

The cleanser is light blue in color and contains dark blue-colored exfoliating granules. The foaming cleanser has a mild and floral fragrance. The smell is not bothersome, but it feels very artificial. The smell lingers only for a short period of time and fades away gradually.

The consistency of the cleanser is thick and creamy. A small pea-sized product is good enough to cleanse my face and neck properly. It lathers amazingly well and creates a lot of foam. The formula is not thick and heavy. It feels really mild and gentle on the skin. It cleanses skin well and helps to remove all the dirt and impurities perfectly. It removes every bit of oil and dirt from my face and gives me a nice squeaky-clean feeling.

It properly cleanses my skin and does not break out at all. It is non drying in nature and does not snatch skin moisture, but I still need my moisturizer after some time to keep my skin hydrated. My skin does not feel stretchy. It keeps my skin oil free for long. My skin feels so refreshed after every wash. The face cleanser is easy to wash off and it does not leave any slippery feel or residue behind, but I don’t really understand the purpose of the micro beads it contains, as they don’t really provide any exfoliation to skin. Overall, it is just a basic facial cleanser and there are no extraordinary results.
