  1. I’ve used the lotus wite glow and Ifound it good.Me too oily skin and the lotus white glow emulsion did nt make my face oily..
but now i use artistry white essence..it works great on my facial skin and no oily look and feel, when I wake up in the morning..you may give it a try..

  2. Thanks for asking this question.. me too looking for the same. I too hav oily-combination skin and my face too sweats a lot durig summers.
However I had used Ponds night Regen cream, and initially it did gave good results. My face use to look fresh in the morning…though I am not seeing that result lately… 🙁

    1. If you have acne and oily prone skin, in my opinion, you should totally avoid night creams or opt for creams that are 100% natural and organic. FabIndia one is good I think.

    2. emolene is good. 100% water based. good for oily and acne prone skin. prescribed by my dermatologist.

  3. I have combi-oily, acne prone skin too and every night cream makes my skin oily and greasy in summers. I simply clean my face with cleansing milk (I use Himalayas) and follow it up with a face wash. I then tone using rose water and then use Brihans Aloe Vera gel. This is more than enough to moisturize my face and I wake up to soft skin too.

    1. I agree with you. Oily skin doesnt necessarily need nightcreams. Aloe vera gel is a great idea. Or tea tree gel.

  4. Parita, i have a question, i started using sebamed after your suggestion.. do you use that cleanser alone, like in morning and evening.. or you used along with any other cleanser..

  5. hey..
I highly recommend The Nature’s Co. Vinalla-Vitamin E face cream.. u might feel thts it too rich for your combination skin, but trust me i too have combination acne prone skin but this face cream has done wonders to my skin.. after 2 months of using it i now totally love the way my skin looks and feels now.. but yet i would suggest u too get a sample first (TNC are very dildar wen it come’s to giving samples) and try it for 2 3 nights.. 🙂

    1. The Nature’s Co. is great… I use the White Tea night cream… it works well for my oily skin…completely gets absorbed & no breakouts at all. It also has anti ageing properties

  6. Hi Tarannum – I know my comment is slightly off track – but if you are looking for something to combat your night time oiliness and also help control acne try and get your hands on a Vitamin C skin serum – I recently started using it and I am loving it – it keeps the oiliness away and I wake up to smooth baby soft skin every morning – it is helping in controlling the acne breakouts as well as slightly fading away old scars. Let me know if you need more details on the serum I am using right now.

  7. I use Kate Somerville’s CytoCell Dermal Energizing Treatment as my night cream and I have noticed great improvement in my skin. This cream hydrates the skin very well without clogging pores or making skin oilier. It has also not broken me out and I have had clear skin for most part (i do get occasional breakouts here and there on a rare ocassion). It is a pricier option but has really worked for me to the extent that i see a difference in my skin’s texture.
