I have already reviewed the Nivea Sensitive Body Lotion and I had bought this ‘Cocoa Butter’ one along. As the sensitive one didn’t provide me enough moisturization, I decided to try this lotion. So, read on to know more,

My Experience with Nivea Cocoa Butter Body Lotion:
I have really dry skin on my body! Even though I prefer rich creams, I have been walking to office in the morning and it becomes sweaty and yucky. So, I had shelved this product. But, with the sensitive variant not serving the purpose, I picked this one up and started using it. Cocoa butters are my favorite and I have a tendency to pick them up often. So that is how I ended up buying this product.
The packaging is similar to all the lotions being released by Nivea. It comes in a curvy white bottle with a blue flip cap. The cap is tight and shuts really well. So, it is travel-friendly. The lotion is thick and has a creamy consistency and is white in color. On the back of the bottle, you can see that the richness is 4 on 5. The cream is thick and not runny. But, the consistency is less thick than a body butter. The smell is divine; it smells like cocoa butter with a hint of the typical Nivea scent. I love the fragrance of the product.
Cocoa butters are known for several properties from soothing the itchy tummy during pregnancy to soothing and restoring the skin. I was expecting the same when I picked this product up. The product being thick takes some time to get absorbed, so you need to massage it on your skin for some time. The result is hydrated, supple, and healthy-looking skin. There is no greasy residue even though the lotion is so thick.
For my dry body, I apply this lotion once in the morning and the skin is still supple and hydrated the next morning too. So the moisturization claim of 24 hours holds true! I have been using this lotion for over a week now and my skin already feels soft and supple to touch. I have minimal dryness too! For a person like me who flakes out dead skin, this rich cream is a perfect boon!
So, summing up:
