Hello ladies 🙂
As the winter is knocking at the door, I am totally into rich moisturizing body lotions. Generally I prefer Vaseline Cocoa Body Lotion or Jergens Ultra Healing Body Lotion. But suddenly I found this body cream. I had never seen this body cream at any store, so I picked up. Now I am so happy to have it.
INR 265/- for 200ml
My Experience with Nivea Cocoa Nourish Moisturising Body Cream:
Every skincare product which is made of cocoa always manages to attract me. I can’t control myself when I see any cocoa product. I had picked this Nivea body cream up with so many expectations, and it is the most amazing body cream I own. Its price is so perfect too, but I am not sure if it is available at stores or not.
Nivea body cream comes in a big, white, round jar. The big jar is not so travel friendly; it is good for big handbags. I mostly prefer tube packaging for body creams because I don’t like to put my hand into the jar as it’s so unhygienic. Only one good part about jar packaging is that you can use even the last bit of product. Overall the cap is totally perfect and tight. It’s good to use at home.
This body cream is specially formulated for dry skin. Cocoa butter and Vitamin E, both the ingredients are great for skin. The product has a thick, white, creamy texture. The consistency is so thick and creamy, and yet it glides on skin very smoothly; it blends like butter. As I have really dry hands, it makes them super soft instantly. It gets absorbed with massage and goes deeply into skin. It never feels greasy or slippery. It almost looks baby soft.
It never feels heavy even when exposed to sun. I like to use this after shower and also at night. It keeps my skin smooth for long time. It gives me instantly glowing skin. It can hide all the dry patches and make my skin look healthy. It provides deep nourishment with healing quality. I can’t stop myself from touching my baby soft and smooth skin. And the most amazing quality is its smell. OMG! It’s just heavenly. It has a very strong fragrance of cocoa.
It smells kind of coconuty, and I absolutely love this smell. Sometimes I open the tub only to smell the cream. It makes me so happy. But the fragrance is quite overpowering for those who don’t like rich smell or coconut type smell. I am obsessed with this body cream and even the smell stays on my body for long.
I think this body cream goes with almost all skin types, but only in winter. It has a very rich formula which gives super moisturizing feel. It repairs my skin nicely. Ultra healing power keeps skin soft the whole day. For me, it almost stays up to 24 hours. It makes my rough elbows very soft and smooth. A small amount goes a long way and it makes my skin lively. I absolutely love the staying power of this cream. I don’t need any moisturizer after applying this. Just love it!
