My Experience with Nivea Coconut and Monoi Body Souffle:

The product comes in a white plastic tub with a light pink screw cap. The tub is wide mouthed and is similar to other tubs available from Nivea. Since this body souffle contains coconuts, you can see the pictures of the same on the package. There is all the information needed on the jar. The mouth of the jar is sealed and this is something I really appreciate. The tub is a little bulky and even though the cap closes well without causing any leakage, I do not see myself picking this product when I travel. There are 2 variants available in this range: Cherry and Coconut, and I picked both of them.

Nivea Coconut and Monoi Body Souffle is creamy and has a semi-thick texture. The product is perfect for all seasons. I feel it could be a little rich for the hot summers, but other than that, I guess it can be used any time around the year. The product is white in color and has tiny yellow pearls in them. They usually melt away when you rub the souffle on your skin. I am not very sure what these luxurious pearls are, they are supposed to be oil beads! The best I liked about the product is the fragrance. It smells very delicious and luxurious. I am a big time sucker for coconut scents and this along with Monoi adds another dimension to the fragrance.

The product melts away into your skin like butter and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. The product gets completely absorbed onto the skin. The souffle makes skin very soft and smooth. You can notice the suppleness from the first time. The product reduces dryness of the skin without causing any irritation. The product gently moisturizes the skin for around 6-8 hours, after which reapplication might be needed. The product is very light and you can hardly feel it on the skin. I have tried using the product over freshly waxed/epilated legs but it didn’t reduce the redness and there was no cooling effect. So after an epilation, you need to use a product that’s cooling and soothing on the skin. Nivea Coconut and Monoi Body Souffle contains silicones and sulphates.
