Today’s review is about Nivea Cream Care Makeup Remover Wipes. We recently went on a vacation and the airlines had only cabin baggage facility. So, we were not allowed to carry any liquid that weighed more than 100ml. During packing, I also noticed that my makeup remover was 200ml. So I went shopping for makeup remover wipes . I was excited to find this new product from Nivea. So here is the review of the same.

My Experience with Nivea Cream Care Makeup Remover Wipes:
The packaging is typical Nivea packaging. It comes in a dark blue plastic cover with an adhesive opening on top which can be opened and closed. It’s very much like baby wipes packaging. The adhesive part is the most important part from my past experience. This Nivea one has really good adhesive. It closes tightly leaving no openings. These openings usually cause the wipes to dry out.
The fragrance is, again, the “Nivea smell”. The fragrance is very mild and I love the smell. It feels more like a baby product. The fragrance is fresh and feels creamy. Would describe the fragrance as very basic and most of you would like it as it is not at all overpowering. The size of the wipe is double the size of a palm. The color of the wipe is white. One wipe is sufficient enough to remove the complete face and neck makeup. I use both the sides and every corner. The material of the wipe feels like a fleece. The material is elastic and doesn’t tear. The wipe is moist but does not drip.
The wipe removes the makeup very well. It removes water-resistant makeup too. The wipe leaves the skin clean and refreshed. Normally, when I use makeup wipes, they dry out my skin. So I prefer to use ones without alcohol. But this product has alcohol and still doesn’t dry out my skin. After using the wipe I wash my face with a cleanser. The skin feels soft and moisturized. I was not expecting this from a makeup wipe and was totally impressed.
I never feel totally clean after using just a makeup wipe and always wash with water and face wash. I am not sure if everybody does this. I feel it’s necessary to get all the pores clean with water. I don’t want the chemicals in the face wipes to stay on my face for long. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and its performance. I prefer to use it during travels, vacations or after late night parties, but not everyday.

For sure. It’s always good to have a pack at home for days when you feel lazy to remove makeup. The performance of the product is good. It’s suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
