I have been using Nivea skin care products since my childhood and I remember receiving Nivea creams every time a relative from overseas visited. Those were the days! So, here is the review of a foundation from a brand I have trusted ever since my childhood.

My Experience With Nivea Extreme Resist Long Lasting Foundation:
Except for creams, lotions and lip care products, I was not aware of any beauty products from Nivea until I received this gift from my sister-in-law last year. Nivea Extreme Resist Long Lasting Foundation is available in five different shades. Each shade has been named with a number code for example 01, 02, 03 and so on.
I have been using this foundation for a year and a very little of it is left now. I like applying this foundation during daytime as it stays longer and perfectly matches my skin tone. Every time I apply this foundation, my friends ask me about it. Since I have Colorbar Spotlight Illuminating Lotion, I always like mixing my foundation with this illuminating lotion as it gives a beautiful radiant look upon application.
Consistency and Results:
The consistency of foundation is quite good and blends into the skin easily. The texture of the foundation is smooth and gives you a very natural look on application. It offers light to medium coverage. It gives a perfect matte finish that looks very natural and flawless. It blends evenly and gets absorbed into the skin and does not look chalky or cakey at all. It is easy to blend the foundation with fingertips as it gets absorbed into the skin easily.
Staying Power:
Nivea Extreme Resist Long Lasting Foundation lives up to its claim of holding the foundation for a long time and does not wear off easily on exposure to heat and humidity. This one works best during summers, as it is heat and humidity resistant. The long lasting formula does not smudge or streak. However, I doubt this one would stay for 24 hours. I have not tested this one for its lasting power of 24hrs, but it does stay for quite a long period of time. However, it does not matter much as nobody would want to wear makeup the whole day and night, i.e. for 24 hours.
Packaging:
The foundation comes in a sleek glass container and the color of the foundation is visible. The foundation comes with a pump, which helps avoid wastage of product. There is a transparent cap on the pump that has a wand attached to it. If you do not wish to use the pump, then you may use the wand to get the required amount of foundation for the application on the back of your hand. It is travel friendly and can be carried easily every day. I love its packaging and have not experienced any problem with its packaging so far.

It is a definite yes from my side! I highly recommend this product for its incredible pros that I have mentioned above. It does offer good coverage but I cannot say it offers full coverage either. However, availability of this product can be an issue.
