My take on Nivea Moisturising + Whitening 2 in 1 Cream:

Well I don’t use creams especially those who come with such claims of whitening skin and all, I generally don’t apply any kind of lotion or cream on skin be it winters or summers!

I prefer putting a nice coat of winter cream on my face at night and doze off and ta da!! Skin glows, heals and moisturises. Well but after the scenario of BB creams, I have started using Ponds BB cream though I don’t use it much, so after this mixed change in season and extreme heat and sudden rain, my skin showed breakouts and the remains of damaged skin. So I picked this little Nivea cream which claims to have 40X higher Vitamin C concentration.

The cream catched my eye because of such tempting ingredients – Cherry, Camu Camu, liquorice etc, so as I bought it I was too eager it use it on, I scooped out the white cream covered my face and neck generously. The cream gets absorbed in the skin and leaves a very mild fruity fragrance which does not stays long!

My nose, chin and forehead gets super oily and perspire like anything, I got disappointed , this is the only reason why I don’t opt for creams and most of the time I’m good without them *preen*

All in all I decided to put it near my bed and use it as my old regime, I apply it before going to bed to expect repair of my sun damaged skin. I have been using it for a week or so, I have not witnessed any kind of whitening difference but it kind of have healed my skin to some extent.
