Today’s review is about Nivea Protect and Moisture Caring Sunscreen Spray SPF 30. Sunscreen is a must-have for the sunny summer days. I got this sunscreen for my family and we all have been using it since May. Read on to find out more about the product.

Offers protection from the sun, in a convenient, quick and easy to apply bottle. This sunscreen protects and moisturises the skin. The formula has been engineered to have an easily absorbed, non-greasy formula which provides broad-spectrum protection. As well as offering protection from the sun, this sunscreen is water resistant for up to 4 hours when applied correctly.
Ingredients: Octocrylene 90 mg/g, Butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane 45 mg/g, Octyl salicylate 45 mg/g, Bemotrizinol 25 mg/g, Phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid 15mg/g, Titanium dioxide 15 mg/g. Contains: Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxybenzoates, Ethanol.
My Experience with Nivea Protect and Moisture Caring Sunscreen Spray SPF 30:
The packaging from the outside is nice. It has the typical Nivea sunscreen packaging – blue and yellow. The bottle is short and stout. It also has slots on the sides to hold the bottle better. The packaging is completely plastic and is sturdy. It comes with a spray nozzle and a cap. The cap opens and closes easily. The cap also does not get opened on its own during travels. The nozzle is not so great, though. The product does not get sprayed in a soft way. The product, when sprayed, results in few spots on the floor or wall if you are close to either of them. So I always spray it onto my palm and then apply it wherever necessary. I would have preferred a squeeze tube over this kind of spray p
The consistency of the product is thick. It feels more like a body milk. The product is cream in colour. The product is supposed to be shaken in the bottle before use and sprayed directly on the skin. You also need to wait for the product to dry before dressing up. Even though the cream is ivory in colour it does not leave a white cast on the skin. It is very common for the sunscreen to leave a white cast due to the ingredients. But this one does not. I have used it all over my body except face.
It does not cause any kind of irritation or redness on my skin. I have also used it on my kids’ face and body and they also didn’t get any reactions. So, it’s suitable for sensitive skin too. The smell of the product is very mild but nice. Its fragrance does not last long. The sunscreen is also moisturising and I don’t use any kind of body lotion when I use the sunscreen. The cream does not feel or leave the skin oily. It gets absorbed very easily by the skin. The best part is that this sunscreen is waterproof. So it’s perfect when hitting a beach or an outdoor pool. I feel my skin does not tan so much when I use this sunscreen. Overall, I am satisfied with the product except for the spray nozzle.

I like the sunscreen and have nothing against it. The only thing I don’t like is the spray nozzle. So, I would not repurchase it.
