Todays’ review is about Nivea Volume Strength and Care Shampoo with Bamboo Extract. I have been using this Nivea shampoo for a few weeks now and here is the review that I have penned down.

My Experience with Nivea Volume Strength and Care Shampoo with Bamboo Extract:
The shampoo comes in the typical Nivea packaging. It comes in a plastic bottle with a tall neck. It has a flap lid which is very thin but very strong. The packaging on the whole is good but one has to make sure that the lid has been closed properly. Since the lid is very thin, it falls in place quickly, but to make sure that it has been closed securely so that there is no leakage, one has to press it hard till a click sound is heard. I learnt it the hard way 😛
The consistency of the product is runny and liquid. It is transparent in color which can sometimes lead to more usage of product. Since it’s completely transparent, you cannot really assess how much of it is there on your palm before you start working with it.
I use a big walnut-sized amount for my shoulder-length hair. I apply it all over my wet hair and it lathers very well. It gets rid of all dirt and oils from the hair and scalp. My hair feels soft and clean after using this shampoo.
The fragrance is nothing strong. It definitely smells pleasant but not very noticeable. It does the job well and no fancies attached to it.
Overall, this is a good shampoo and does its job well. It claims to have bamboo extract, but I did not see any improvement in my hair because of it. It’s kind of a safe, neutral shampoo.
