I am back with a new review! This review will be covering my experience and detailed pros and cons of No Marks Skin Cream For Teenagers. Though I am no more a teen, I came across this product when my usual choice No Marks Cream For Youth was out of stock. I felt a cream for teenagers will be more effective in oil-control and acne concerns. Well, this cream neither disheartened me, nor did I find it something WOW!

Product Description:

Nomarks Skin Cream for Teenagers. Daily Skin Care for Pimpled and Pimple Prone Skin.  With Almond, Aloe and Lemon

Composition:

Badam ( Prunus amygdalus) oil 50mg
Kumari ( Aloe Barbadensis) extract 40mg
Nimbu( Citrus Limon) extract 1mg
Cream base q.s.

Preservatives:

Benzalkonium chloride, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

Active Ingredients:

Aloe, Lemon, Almond.

Action:

Acne/pimpled or pimple-prone skin require specific treatment for reduction of excessive oil and deep rooted dirt. It also needs emollients and skin cell rejuvenation to refine skin texture. Nomarks Skin Cream for teenagers has been specially formulated from natural ingredients for maximum efficacy. This refreshing cream is water-based, oil-free and is ideal for any type of acne/pimple-prone skin. Additionally it also helps to prevent blemishes and dryness and provides protection from UV radiation.

Results:

Soothes and refreshes the skin, helps reduce blemishes and dryness, provides relief from sunburn, giving the skin a youthful, radiant glow. Reduces the occurrence of acne/pimples.

Directions For Use:

For best results, apply Nomarks Skin Cream for teenagers on clean face for 2-3 times a day. For best cleansing action, use Nomarks Face Wash.

Price and Packaging:

It comes in a 25 gm tube ( including 5 gm free) at 70 INR. The packing is bright and attractive. The outer carton is like any other Nomarks carton in yellow. I threw it away as I started using the product.

My Experience with No Marks Skin Cream For Teenagers:

This cream is extremely light and has good moisturizing properties. It is like any light moisturizing cream. It doesn’t have any lemony fragrance unlike the Nomarks Youth Cream.  Initially, I started using the cream twice a day as usual, but I found this cream did nothing for my acne. It was only moisturizing but had no oil-control. It became impossible to wear it during day time as I used to end up sweating, but this cream added a glow to my skin. After getting back from the sun, I used this cream for brightening my face. At the same time, I felt uncomfortable about my zits too because this cream was doing nothing for them.

I was very disappointed initially because I found this cream impeccably white and it didn’t smell herbal at all. I wondered how come an herbal cream, with so many natural ingredients, could be white! A smell of almonds persisted, however. The cream was moisturizing and didn’t give a matte look. It did little to control oil. I discontinued using it in the summer as I feared it would aggravate any existing acne. Since autumn is here, I am using this cream as a night cream. Since it has almond in it, I don’t mind massaging a little bit of it around my eyes too. I find my skin dewy, when I wake up in the morning.

This winter, I will be using this cream as a day cream as well because Nomarks Youth cream makes my skin stretchy in winters. Don’t know how far it will live up to my expectations! After all, oily skin also needs moisturizing! Coming to the blemish part, I won’t give this credit for clearing blemishes and scars because so far I have used Nomarks Youth cream along with it, but it does brighten the complexion and perhaps helps with blemishes too.

I wonder why they have mentioned UV protection! No SPF mentioned, but yes, it does help in dealing with the adverse effect of sun, like tanning.

Pros of No Marks Skin Cream For Teenagers:

• Didn’t break me out.
• Adequate moisturizing for oily skin.
• Imparts glow to the skin.
• Good night cream for oily skin during summer.
• Helps with tan removal by brightening complexion.
• Perfect for normal to combination skin.

Cons of No Marks Skin Cream For Teenagers:

• No oil-control.
• Not perfect for teenagers.
• Not appropriate for day-time use in summers ( if you have oily skin).
• No SPF.
• Did nothing for my zits.

My Verdict:

I will rate this cream 3 out of 5. It was just an okay kind of cream. It is neither heavily moisturizing nor completely a lightweight moisturizer. It made my skin oily in summer. Those who don’t have an issue regarding excess sebum can try it! It deserves a try.

Will I Repurchase No Marks Skin Cream For Teenagers?

Yes, I will try it this winter to check if it is useful as a day cream during this season.
