My Experience with Note Smokey Eye Pencil 01 Black:
Packaging: It comes in a classy black pencil form with a rubber tip smudger at one end and Kajal on the other end. Both ends are enclosed with respective plastic caps. For me, smudger is a bit of a waste. The rubber feels too hard on my eyes and I prefer using a pencil brush for smudging. The product is a sharpenable type of pencil which leads to a lot of wastage of product. It doesn’t come with an enclosed sharpener either.
Talking about its texture, it is smooth, creamy and glides like a dream, does not pull or tug on my waterline and lash line. It sets within minutes of applying, so any smudging needs to be done quickly. It’s highly pigmented and all you need is two swipes for those jet black smokey eyes.
The eye pencil is waterproof and stays intact on my eyes for 8+ hours. It is totally smudge-proof. The results are just amazing. It’s safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. My eyes are pretty sensitive as I have got Lasik done but the pencil never irritated my eyes. In all aspects, Note Smokey Eye Pencil is just perfect.

Would I Recommend Note Smokey Eye Pencil 01 Black?
The eye pencil is soft and creamy, jet black and stays on the waterline for 8 hours as claimed. It is smudge-proof and waterproof, doesn’t sheer out when smudged and doesn’t irritate the eyes. It’s the best kohl or eye pencil I have ever tried. Highly recommended!
