I am back with another eyeshadow from NYX cosmetics. Today, I have the shade “Platinum Silver” up for review. So, let’s get started 🙂

My Experience with NYX ES63 Platinum Silver Eyeshadow:
Packaging: NYX single eye shadow comes in a cute little rectangular packaging with a transparent opening that lets you see the shade clearly. It opens and shuts with an audible click. Once locked, it wouldn’t open up in your purse or handbag. I like the simple packaging.
Color/Pigmentation: “Platinum Silver” is a very pretty cool-toned silver shade. It has shimmer in it which makes it even more gorgeous. The pigmentation is just perfect, but you can use it wet or build up the colour to intensify the look!
Texture: This eye shadow is very soft and smooth. It’s extremely finely milled and you can feel the chalkiness as soon as you swipe the shadow. It causes a lot of fallout since it is so chalky and powdery, but it blends in very easily.
Staying Power: It stays on my lids for 4-5 hours without a primer though a primer would extend the staying power by another 2-3 hours.
Summing up the pros and cons:
Pros of NYX ES63 Platinum Silver Eyeshadow:
- Pretty shade.
- Blends very easily.
- Nice packaging.
- Decent staying power.
Cons of NYX ES63 Platinum Silver Eyeshadow:
- Staying power is not that good.
- Expensive.
- Not pigmented.
- Powdery.
