NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencil- Silver 905

I always wanted to buy a silver/gray eye liner pencil. I love metallic eye pencils and like the way they look on me. So on my one such visit, I was checking out the nyx counter and was pleased by the range of shades the SA was swatching on my hand. So out of all those I bought two of them impulsively. Let’s check out my experience.

Price – Rs. 295 for 1 gm.

My experience with NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencil- Silver 905-

I don’t know why nyx has named it as eye/ eyebrow pencil, because out of all the shades only 2 shades can be used on brows, I don’t think anyone would use other shades on eye brows. Any ways, let’s talk about the product, it is a small eye pencil and one can carry it easily in handbag and wallet as well. It has tiny particles of shimmer in it, but nothing that can look ott or something, very subtle. It is a very pretty wearable shade and will suit all skin tones. The texture is smooth and glides on easily. It is not the longest lasting pencil, but last for around 6-7 hrs.
And the texture is not very smooth, but does not tug the eye are. Eye pencils with very smooth tens to smudge on me due to its texture. Also sometimes they are so soft that while applying, the tip breaks off, but that does not happen with this one. It lasts a bit more on the upper lid than on the waterline. As of yet I have not faced any irritation in my eyes with this one, as I have sensitive eyes.

Switched 3-4 times on left side, and one time on right.

Pros of NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencil – Silver :

• Does not sting when used on waterline
• Smooth and glides without tugging
• Can also be used to highlight in inner corners of eyes and under brows.
• Good staying power for 6-7 hours on my oily lids.
• Good pigmentation
• Does not smudge that easily.
