It’s been quite a while that I hav posted something 😛 Hence, today I am back with a BANG..errrr ok ok not BANG but with my recent HAUL.I am soo exited to tell you all that now I am also proud owner of two most sort out , most gorgeous colour eyeshadow palettes – NYX and INGLOT eye pallet.:):)..Yesterday only I received my NYX 10 color eyeshadow palette and NYX eyeshadow brush.And a few days back I purchased my very own INGLOT Freedom System eye palette of 5 shadows and got it filled with 4 colors. I am super duper exited..:) Well enough of my ramblings and now for some show time 🙂 and you also bit of FALUNTING 😛
And here is my NYX – For your eyes only (Brown) eye shadow pallete.
Price – 1100 rs-after discount – Rs 880
The colors in this pallete are sooo gorgeous n versatile!!!!It is a play of browns and beige and hint of green and purple splash..
Front Left to Right (Top line) – Deep brown with shine,Silverish gray,beautiful champagne color(my fav color),silver white(awsum color of highlighting and for inner corner), silverish purple (an OK color , not too impressed)
From Left to right (Bottom line) – Purple with slight shimmer ,my fav color in this pallet- gorgeous emerald green, Peachy color with pearl finish,matted brow(a much need color for dat Smokey look and a MUST color indeed),yellow golden color-i need to still figure this one out 🙂
Ohh and also i got a superb and oh-so-soft bristled NYX eyeshadow brush..NYX B13.
INGLOT –
Due to excitement,forgot to jot down Numbers..sorry 🙁
Price – Rs 350 for pallet eand round shadow coasted me Rs 300 each – Total – 1850 rs
From left to right – Pink with slight shimmer (highly pigmented color), dark blue with purple shimmer (i guess 😛 , can create smokey eye look for sure with this), khaki gold,light purple with slight shimmer,muted golden green color

I do like the color combination of the brown, green and lavender 🙂
If I had to do your EOTD, I would blend the purple a bit more, because it looks like a sole patch to me. Also, the eyeshadow on your lower eye area should not extend so far below your eye, but should touch the eye. It looks like a thin area is left blank, and then the eyeshadow is applied. Of course, it could also be the lighting or the angle :haanji:

There is no fixed method – it’s all about practice, and evenness :))

The word is that MAC 217 is a good blending brush. Also works for the crease.
You could also buy two or three drugstore eyeshadows (not similar colors) to practice with. Or even department store eyeshadows. Not something high-end, because you will use up your lovely colors just for the practising 🙂 Get a Maybelline quad or soemthing :haanji:
I think the NYX B13 is a shader brush ?:)
