If you are eye makeup person then I’m sure you must be aware of jumbo sticks from Nyx. These Jumbo eyeliners are very raved so I couldn’t resist from purchasing it to see if its worth the hype or not. I bought three shades Bronze, Milk and Gold, Bronze and milk are already reviewed so I will review the Gold one for you all.

My Take on NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil-Gold:

Nyx jumbo pencils as the name says are jumbo and chubby. They come in a white chubby pencil packing which has a transparent cap on top. The cap makes identifying the shade easily in your vanity box. The cap is fragile so use it carefully otherwise it will break.

The shade gold is very beautifully and it has slight sheen which makes the color prettier. The shade is very good for occasions and its very versatile shade as you can combine it with black, brown etc. to get a different look.

The texture is extremely creamy and smooth so it blends easily on lids without tugging. Due to the creamy texture it is ideal to use it all over lids as it blends smoothly. The pigmentation is good and a single swipe gives you enough color. But when blended the shade slightly sheers out but don’t worry you can blends it as it doesn’t look creasy. It takes little time to settle which is a good thing as you get enough time to blend the shade.

This is a multi tasking product as you can use it as eyeliner, eye shadow and also as an eye shadow base to make the color pop out even more. Since the pencil is jumbo, the tip is also broad which makes it  difficult to create thin line but one you use it 2-3 times you’ll learn the trick like I did. You can also use it as eye shadow alone as it looks very pretty and stays for 4-5 hours without primer beneath. These jumbo eye pencils are also ideal to use as eye shadow base for loose pigments and powder eye shadows as of controls the fall out and makes the color pop. I am loving these pencils a lot and I would recommend every girl to at least buy one of these.
