My Experience with NYX Lip Lingerie Seduction:
Packaging: The NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid lipsticks come in beautiful transparent glass packaging. The applicator is a flat doe-foot wand which does help with a precise application, however, you do have to be careful when applying the lipstick onto your cupid’s bow with this applicator as it is flat. The packaging of this line is beautiful and much preferred by me over NYX’s Soft Matte Lip Cream collection.
Formula: The formula of Lip Lingerie lipsticks is lightweight and smooth. It has a mousse-y texture that dries down completely matte pretty quick post application. Once set, it does settle down into fine lines and does dry out your lips a little. The wear time of this liquid lipstick is approximately 5-7 hours. Smudge proof? Yes. Transfer proof? Yes, although not completely.
Shade: ‘Seduction’ is a reddish brown nude or a terracotta shade which is beautiful and goes on all the skin tones, preferably skin tones with yellow undertones. It has become my go-to shade as I love its color pay off, and also because it goes on through meals and most of the day. Creamy yet easy to apply, it does over dry my lips a bit but that is the definition of a ‘liquid lipstick’ according to me. I highly recommend this beauty! If you’re an Indian beauty or someone with Indian skin tone, this will definitely be your go-to shade.
