NYX Round Lipstick in Perfect, Tea Rose, Heather Review
I absolutely love NYX’s round lipsticks(Rs 395 each) and own a ton of them. They might not be the best quality lipsticks compared to Mac and NARS, but they have great price and amazing color range(around 140 shades I think). I have bought strange colors which I never though would suit me but after trying them, I figured many suited my skin tone. Today I am reviewing few of their popular pink and warm shades- Perfect, Tea Rose and Heather.

This is a velvet-textured lip cream that covers the lips with rich color that smoothes and moistures lips with each application. NYX Round Lipstick is NYX’s best selling lipstick.
Net WT. 0.14oz (4g)
INGREDIENTS: Ceresin Wax, Polyethlene Wax, Candelilla wax, Microcrystalline Wax, Beeswax, Lanoline Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Mineral Oils, Octyl Palmitate, BHA, Propyl Paraben, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, D&C Red No.A1 Lake, Pearl Powder, Iron Oxide.
Perfect – Its a nice brown pink which is great for daily office wear or to compliment a heavy smokey eye look. Its satin finish with no shimmer. I use this color a lot.
Tea rose – Its a nice pink which is just right for office or even going out depending on how heavy you apply it. Its satin finish with no shimmer.
Heather – Its a nice pink with purple undertones. It will suit our Indian skintone very well. It has really fine shimmer that’s only visible in flash photos.
Like all NYX lipsticks, they are really pigmented and smooth. What you see in the tube is what you end up with when applied on lips. You need to moisturize your lips or the creamy lipstick tends to settle in the fine lines. Their lasting time is around 3-4 hours.
They tend to have a different kind of soapy smell, nothing too strong and it personally does not bother me and fades away fast. I love all 3 shades and got backup for all of them.

- Great colors for Indian skin tones.
- Great price.
- Very pigmented.
- Very creamy, not drying.
- Good to experiment what shades suit you.
Cons of NYX Round lipstick in Perfect, Tea rose, Heather
- Not as long-lasting as other lipsticks
- Availability in India.
Conclusion :
NYX round lipsticks are worth trying at least once. They are good pigmentation at a great price especially to try out color which suit you. You can then buy more pricier lipsticks in the similar shade. These are also great for indulging oneself when you can’t splurge on more expensive range.

I’ve heard these are quite popular. but paying Rs 395 when abroad they are available for $0.99- $4 depending on the time of sale is so unfair!
