NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels Review

Finally I’m back on IMBB after 4 long months!! That doesn’t mean I wasn’t following IMBB, I checked it almost every day but couldn’t find the time to write the reviews. As I had mentioned in my previous posts that I moved to California, USA, in Feb, I made some nice friends over here and finally I’m out of my homesick mode! Nothing can replace our family but if you find some good friends, then it’s a blessing. Last 4 months I’ve just been enjoying my life and having masti time. Every year my husband and I choose a country for our vacation time.

Our first year was in Thailand, second year was supposed to be in Dubai but it got cancelled due to some personal reasons. Third year was in Sri Lanka. This year our fourth anniversary was in Las Vegas. It’s such a happening place to be!! Rati & Sanjeev, you guys should definitely plan a trip to LV! Ok. So read on to know my views on this!

How to use:

My Views on NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels:

Packaging: The packaging is pretty strong and it comes with a long doe foot applicator. I think the applicator is a little too big and doesn’t have a point to create a clean line. It becomes a bit difficult to apply it properly on your lips without staining your skin.

To be honest, I’ve never tried out any matte lipstick since I’ve dry lips and I was never confident to wear matte shades. But ever since I got to know about the launch of this product, I was waiting to get my hands on it. The color of this lipstick is bright red with a matte look. Apply an even layer all over the lips. You can use a lip gloss if it feels too dry on your lips.

The formula is thin and lightweight. For me it felt like I wasn’t wearing any lip product. 1 swipe was enough to get the desired result. However, the drying time can go from 1 to 5minutes depending on the color. They are matte but because of the ingredients, glycerin, olive oil, and avocado oil, they keep your lips slightly moisturized.

They are surely long lasting; even after food and drinks my lip color was intact, though they are tough to remove  I have purchased 2 more shades from the same collection – Cherry Skies and Vintage. So get ready for my next reviews.

Pros of NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels:

• Loved the color.
• Not drying.
• Good staying power.
• Affordable price so you can try out all the shades it offers.

Cons of NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels:

• Very difficult to remove.
• Difficult to apply because of its long applicator.
• Might stain your teeth. I’ve never faced this problem with any other lipstick.

Maybe yes. I really liked the color of this product and staying power is also a plus.
