NYX LLP04 Georgia Peach Lip Lacquer Pot Review

Today’s review will be on a lip pot from NYX. I bought two of these. Let’s get started with the review!

My Experience with NYX LLP04 Georgia Peach Lip Lacquer Pot:

Packaging:
This cute little baby comes in a plastic pot with a black lid with NYX written on it. The sticker contains the list of ingredients. The sticker at the bottom has the shade name and code printed on it. The tub is cute and looks pretty. It is travel friendly.

Color/Pigmentation:
‘Georgia peach’ is a very cute milky peach color. It doesn’t look that good on my lips as my lips are a little pigmented. But it would look nice on naturally pink lips. I apply it over dark lipsticks to tone them down a bit and it works just fine. Another way is to just dab some lipstick on the lips until you get a nice tint and then apply very little of this product over it. It looks really beautiful that way and your lips look a bit plump. It imparts a milky peach color that I’m sure no one would like to build up unless you’re going to some Halloween Party.

Texture:
The texture is very creamy, just like semi-melted butter. It looks like white chocolate ganache to me! It moisturises my lips well and since it doesn’t have any glitter or shimmer in it, it feels really soft and silky when you purse your lips. It is just slightly sticky, but that ensures it does stay on your lips for longer.

Staying Power:
It stays on my lips for 3 hours. It fades quickly with meals. It does hydrate my lips a bit after it fades. It also provides enough moisture to my lips for 3-4 hours after I’ve removed the product.
