My take on NYX Retractable eye liner Deep Blue:

This is a mechanical eye pencil. It is in the shade of the color. In this case, blue in color. The pencil has a complete list of ingredients on its body. It has no sharpener attached to it. It is very convenient for travel. I always keep it in my purse. This particular shade is a very beautiful metallic blue. It has a mild sheen but nothing OTT. It can be used as a day time as well as night time.

The texture is creamy. There is no tugging or pulling. These pencils are extremely creamy and the tips break when used with pressure. You have be little careful. I broke the tip once. It is highly pigmented. One swipe is enough to get the right color even on pigmented lids.

This pencil can be used on upper and lower lashes. It is completely waterproof as claimed. It is also smudge-proof. I have vigorously rubbed the swatch. You will be able to see how it stays put. It stays on my lids the whole day with an eye primer.
