My Experience with NYX Sex Kitten Hot Singles Eye Shadow:
Packaging: I love the packaging. It is smaller than my MAC mono eye shadows. The product comes in a nice little shiny black case. A clear window shows the product and has the brand name printed in black fonts. On the back is an ingredients sticker that also tells the name of the color. These shadows are quite small in size but they serve the purpose well and are perfect for the money paid.
Texture: It is a powder – compact eye shadow set in a circular aluminum pan and has very smooth texture and is easy to apply. It has a matte finish but has surprisingly negligible fallout. It is easy to pick up on a brush, especially a fluffy one and is easy to apply on lids and crease.
Color: It is a champagne color eye shadow with pale coral shade with obvious shimmer in it. I like the color but it is very easy to go overboard with it and end up all greasy and grimy looking but if used right then it can be used to highlight the inner corner of eyes and make them appear bigger and brighter.
Pigmentation: Pigmentation is better than matte eye shadows but it wears better with a primer underneath. I gently swiped my fingertips on the shadows a few times to pick up some product for the swatches and it does apply easy with minimal fall out. It is a dry/wet shadow and can be used either way but it gives a better wear time if applied with a fluffy blending brush or pat on with a moist brush.
Application: I used it on my lids and crease and used it to blend out darker shades. It can be worn alone as well as smoke out with a dark shadow; however it works well if used to highlight inner corner of eyes or brow bone.
Wear time: 8 to 9 hours and maybe more but I removed it after that, but it did stay put for the entire duration I wore it. One can increase the wear time if one uses a primer or white eye shadow underneath.
Conclusion: This is a good product for the money paid and I loved this particular shade. I bought 5 shadows from this range and all of them are unique shades. I prefer palettes since they occupy less space but the colors were so irresistible that I had to try out these shadows and also I can depot them and make my own custom palette.

• Can be used wet or dry.
• Stays on for decent amount of time.
• Shades are good and cover the entire spectrum.
• Affordable and one can acquire all the shades for minimal price.
Cons of NYX Sex Kitten Hot Singles Eye Shadow:
• Would require a primer underneath to make color more visible or increase the wear time.
• Has some fall out and it is easy to go overboard with this shade.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend NYX Sex Kitten Hot Singles Eye Shadow?
No, because it will last me big time but I am planning to buy all the colors form this range since they perform so well and are so easy on my pocket. I do recommend it to the readers especially if they are thrift buyers like me.
