Hi Girls,

This is the second eyeshadow of the NYX single eyeshadows lot that I will be reviewing. I have already reviewed the shade “Volcano” and few more reviews are on the way. The shade that I am going to review today is called “Burgundy Pearl”. The color is true to its name, though I feel it is a bit more on pinkish side. Keep scrolling down to read the complete review.

As we all know about the NYX single eyeshadow packaging by now, I am going to skip that part. About the color, it is very vibrant burgundy pink color. In the pot, it looks matte but it swatches it does not give boring matte finish but has a sheen to it. I love the fact that how pigmented it is and the pigmentation can be built up. The color comes alive if you are using eye shadow primer underneath. The lasting power is also good. It stays easily for around 4 hours on my oily lids. Eyeshadow primer does increase the staying power. The texture is soft and application is smooth. There is a bit of fall out when you are blending it out. I haven’t observed any creasing with this shadow. This color is well suited to be paired with Indian outfits. Eyeshadow can be easily taken off with makeup remover. All I can say is I am sold out to these cute little pots.
