Today, I am going to review a beautiful gold liner by NYX. It’s their Studio Liquid Liner in the shade Extreme Gold. Read on to know how it fared on me!

My Experience with NYX Studio Liquid Liner Extreme Gold:
NYX Studio Liquid Liner comes in a pretty small color-coded tube with a black cap. It is a lightweight tube that makes it easy to carry around. Now, it has a nice small thin applicator brush that helps to draw a perfectly precise line. I love how it works on my lids still, I feel it could have been a little thicker. It actually takes time to draw a thick liner.
The shade ‘Extreme Gold’ is a beautiful pure yellow gold liner that provides perfect shine to eyes. This shade is good for all, and I think we all should have a gold liner. The shade has a nice warm yellow tone that makes it a gorgeous color. Also, the liner is much pigmented that requires few strokes to get the perfect color. But, the single stroke is not enough for it. Also, as it has liquid texture, so I need to layer it up a little and it takes extra amount for the best finish.
As it’s a liquid liner, so it has a nice smooth, medium to thin consistency that glides so well on eyes and it occupies evenly as well. It has super smooth soft texture and doesn’t contain any glitters. So, it provides a smooth metallic finish to the eyes. It looks very shiny with a reflective finish. I just love the formula it has that gives a flawless finish on eyes. It also dries out so quickly, so there aren’t any chances of a mess. It doesn’t feel patchy or dry but you have work quickly with it as it settles within a minute. Hence, it is a smudge-proof, transfer-proof and waterproof liner that lasts the entire day on eyes. It doesn’t melt with water, so it’s safe for my watery eyes. Also, it suits sensitive eyes nicely. It has shimmers that never spread around the eyes.
The liner stays super long even on my oily lids for around 8 hours, which I feel is pretty long. It doesn’t create any mess and lasts throughout the day. But, it needs a good remover to remove it completely. Overall, it is a beautiful gold liner that can be used in various ways. It acts as a nice highlighting shade for corners and you can use it for a creative eye look. It performs so well at this price rate. Only, it’s not available in India yet.
