NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette comes in a cardboard box, which is sealed. The blush comes in an 8-pan palette. Also, it is a good quality plastic case. As the case is transparent, one can have a clearer look at the shades before purchasing. The package is sleek, but not so thin; the cap is as thick as the bottom and is elevated. The back of the palette bears some product-related information. The cap shuts with a click, making it easier to carry around without any hassle. There are 8 shades in the palette ranging from shimmer to matte finishes. The selection of colours is amazing. You have almost all the possibilities of the shades in the palette. The shades match almost all the skin tones.

Now, let’s talk about the shades.
Shade 1: It is a pinkish shimmer shade that can be used as a highlighter also. I am not so fond of this shade.
Shade 2: It is a coral shimmery shade that can also be used as a highlighter. The shade has a good pigmentation, but on my wheatish skin tone, it doesn’t pop up.
Shade 3: This shade is a bit shimmery and matte. The colour is a transition from shimmery to matte in the palette. The shade looks a bit like brick red.
Shade 4: It is an orange shade. The colour doesn’t show up on my skin. But, once you start building it up, it starts looking cakey.
Shade 5: It is a beautiful shade that provides a clean matte finish. The shade is a pinkish red colour and will look stunning on dusky Indian skin tones.
Shade 6: The colour is intense and looks like a reddish plum shade. This colour is my absolute favourite in the palette.
Shade 7 and Shade 8: These two are barbie pinks, and the colours might suit well for fairer skin tones, but for my skin tone, it looks a bit hideous.

All the shades are deeply pigmented. Initially, I applied a lot of product on my face, and I had to tone it down a bit. A little product is more than enough for a good coverage. The colours can be combined to get a new shade. The first two shades can be used as a highlighter. Also, these blushes work well as eyeshadows, and all of them blend effortlessly onto the skin.

The blushes have a powdery texture, but they don’t look chalky when applied. There are no fallouts from the product. The blush stays for a good 5-6 hours, which is satisfactory. The product retails at $20, and I feel for the shades and the quality, it is a good product.
