My Experience with NYX Wild Orchid Hot Singles Eye Shadow:
Packaging: I love the packaging. It is smaller than my MAC mono eyeshadows; the product comes in a nice little shiny black case. A clear window shows the product and has the brand name printed in black fonts. The ingredients list is printed on a sticker on the back that also tells the name of the color. These shadows are quite small in size but they serve the purpose well and are perfect for the money paid.
Texture: It is a powder – compact eye shadow set in a circular aluminum pan and has a very smooth texture and is easy to apply. It has a matte finish but has surprisingly negligible fallout and is easy to pick up on a brush, especially a fluffy one and is easy to apply on the lids and in the crease.
Color: It is a cherry pink color with neutral undertones and gives a matte finish. This color is perfect to create sunset inspired eye looks.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is not that good but it is not disappointing either because most dry eye shadows can’t be worn without a good eye primer anyway. I gently swiped my fingertips on the shadow a few times to pick up some product for the swatches and was happy to see that it had minimal fallout. It is a dry/wet shadow and can be used either way, but it gives a better wear time if applied with a fluffy blending brush or patted on with a moist brush.
Application: I used it on my lids and crease and used it to blend out darker shades. It can be worn alone as well as with a light taupe shade to blend it out.
Wear time: 8 to 9 hours and maybe more but I removed it after that. It did stay put for the entire duration I wore it. One can increase the wear time if one uses a primer or a white eyeshadow underneath.
Conclusion: This is a good product for the money paid and I loved this particular shade. I bought 5 shadows from this range and all of them are unique shades. I prefer palettes since they occupy lesser space but the colors were so irresistible that I had to try out these shadows and also I can depot them and make my own custom palette.

Would I Repurchase NYX Wild Orchid Hot Singles Eye Shadow?
No, because it will last me big time but I am planning to buy all the colors from this range since they perform so well and are so easy on my pocket. I bought 5 shades and since I love all of them, I want to stock up on other shades as well.
