To jump in the bandwagon, I got hold of OGX Healing + Vitamin E Penetrating Hair Oil.

My Experience with OGX Healing + Vitamin E Penetrating Hair Oil:

I think nobody will deny the fact that the packaging of OGX products is always adorable and functional. The oils are no exception too. OGX Healing + Vitamin E Penetrating Hair Oil comes in a curved, clear plastic bottle with a flip open cap that close really tight. I never observed any spillage from this bottle. It is safe from breakage and travel friendly.

The yellow golden oil is thick and viscous. However, the brand has wisely named it penetrating oil. The moment you apply it to hairs, it gets absorbed in seconds, leaving behind no trace of oil. Totally light weight, non sticky and non greasy. You can apply it and go out immediately, hang around with friends and nobody will ever know that you are roaming around with oil in your hair.

It rinses off with one wash, while regular oils take three rounds of wash to make the hair clear. It has a bit of pharmaceutical smell, but it vanishes after a couple of minutes of application. After rinsing off, my hairs feel smoother and a bit softer, but not significantly shiny. It makes hair manageable, detangling is easy and it controls frizz to great extent.

Regarding the healing properties for damaged hair, the claims are validated to some extent. The overall health of the hair improves with time providing lesser breakage and reduced split ends, but nothing about it has proved to be a magic potion for my hair yet.
