I have recently picked a few lip balms from Chap Ice. Today, I am reviewing Oralabs Chap Ice Moisture Lip Balm SPF 15. This one is my favorite from this range. Read on to know how this one fared for me.

My Experience with Oralabs Chap Ice Moisture Lip Balm SPF 15:

The packaging of the lip balm is decent and looks nice. The lip balm tube is pure white in colour and it is wrapped in a cobalt blue coloured sticker. This sticker is wrapped all over the lip balm tube. It has all the product details mentioned on it. But the complete ingredients list is missing. It has only the list of the active ingredients. You may refer to the brand’s website for the full ingredients list. The cap of the lip balm tube is not loose and fits with a click sound. The packaging is overall great, sturdy and travel-friendly.

This lip balm is non-tinted, i.e. it does not have any colour. Hence, it will not hide those pigmented lips. So, it is definitely not for those who like tinted lip balms. But I always keep some non-tinted variants in my vanity, so I am very happy with it. It has a very mild floral kind of a fragrance. It is absolutely non-bothering and stays for a shorter period of time. Texture wise, the lip balm is good. It is not super creamy but it has a nice, soft and smooth texture. It glides very smoothly on the lips. One more thing that I love in this lip balm is its non-glossy kind of formula. It does not impart any oily sheen or glossy finish to the lips.

Hence, it is perfect to be used under matte lipsticks. It does not feel heavy on the lips. The formula is non-sticky. This lip balm comes with SPF 15 and hence, it is great to be used in these summers. The formula is so moisturizing. It keeps my lips hydrated for really long. I applied the lip balm at night and it was still there on my lips in the morning. Though it may not work greatly for very dry lips, it is quite good for normal moisturization and helps in healing chapped lips up to some extent. The quality of the lip balm is great and I loved using it.
