I have reviewed the Red Apple variant of OraLabs Liprageous Lip Balm. Today, I am reviewing OraLabs Liprageous Blue Raspberry Lip Balm. Read on to know how it fared for me.

My Experience with OraLabs Liprageous Blue Raspberry Lip Balm:

The packaging of the lip balm tube is cool. It has cobalt blue colored sticker wrapped around its body with all the product related details mentioned on it. The tagline is mentioned on it in funky multi colored fonts. The lip balm has a regular twist up mechanism, which works pretty fine. The cap of the lip balm fits with a click sound and ensures that it will not create a mess in your handbag. This tiny lip balm tube is easy to accommodate and travel friendly.

Blue raspberry is a non-tinted lip balm. Though, the color looks light blue in the bullet but it looks almost transparent on the lips. Being a non-tinted lip balm, it does not look good on pigmented lips. It imparts nice sheen to the lips and is good to be used under lipsticks. It has some typical bubblegum fragrance, which is non-bothering and lasts for approx. 15-20 minutes. The lip balm has a sweet taste.

The texture of the lip balm is smooth but not very creamy; it does not tug the lips though. The texture is thin and non-sticky. It does not feel waxy or heavy on the lips. It makes my lip soft and supple. It is slightly moisturizing and will work for normal to dry lips but it does not work much for very dry and chapped lips. The lip balm stays firm and does not melt even in this weather. The lip balm does not come with any SPF. So, I do not find it fit for the summers. I prefer lip balms with SPF to the non SPF variants for the harsh summers.

It stays on my lips for 3-4 hours on my lips and it does not survive any meal. The lip balm wipes off immediately even with a little snacking. My lips feel dry after that, so I need an immediate reapplication. It does not keep my lips hydrated. Overall, this is an average lip balm and not very appealing.
