Organix Hydrating Macadamia Oil Penetrating Oil Review

Hello beauties! I’m back with another review from Organix. 😀

I know I repeat my brands, but then they’re the best, so what can I do? 😛 Recently, my Moroccan Oil Serum was about to get over, so I was hunting for a new one and I bumped into this. After a lot of speculation and reviews-hunting, I bought it and I am glad I did 😀 . Read on to know how it fared for me. 🙂

My Experience with Organix Hydrating Macadamia Oil Penetrating Oil:

The macadamia oil is amazing! It has a sweet floral fragrance, I don’t really know how to describe it, but I’m sure no one would be bothered by the smell. The only thing I don’t like about the fragrance is that it’s really mild! So, it doesn’t stay for long 🙁 . I applied the oil on wet hair and it still worked wonders! Unlike the Moroccan oil serum (for me). I absolutely love it and as I have dry, frizzy and curly hair, it kept the frizz away and made my dry hair feeling soft.

It also enhanced my curls and can be used as a serum and not only as an oil. Can be applied on dry (the opposite of wet) hair if you want to go out, but aren’t in the mood of having a hair wash. But, be careful if used a lot, it can make the hair feel and look oily (obviously). The oil has no colour as such and a little quantity is more than enough. I apply it especially before using heat tools to style my hair. That’s the main reason I got it actually. For my curls I have the Spiral Splendour, but I needed a heat protectant serum that would be an oil too. I’ve heard Macadamia oil is one of the best natural heat protectants, so obviously I ended up getting it and I am sooo happy with my purchase. 😀

Cons of Organix Hydrating Macadamia Oil Penetrating Oil:

  • Mild smell and doesn’t stay for long.
  • Availability in India.
  • Pretty expensive (not a con for me as it lasts for a long time).

  1. Detailed and Good review….I haven’t tried any of Organix product…from last 3-4 years i am using Wella….i get bored of that now, your reviews tempting me to try Organix, can u tell me pls where to buy this? Are they saloon exclusive or available at drugstore as well?

  2. This brand just does not work for me. I have heard and read so many great reviews about it, but these products make my hair super dry, idk why. :/

Glad it works for you, though. 🙂
