My Take on Oriflame Optimals Radiance Energy 2-In-1 Beauty Balm:

I like this radiance beauty balm from Oriflame. As claimed, it does give you an instant glow on the face. I use this sometimes under my foundation for my party makeup and it gives a nice glowing effect. I have also used it as a 10-minute thick mask and it does make my facial skin soft and glowing.
The beauty balm has slightly thick creamy consistency, but gets absorbed in the skin quickly without much effort. It also has a strong fragrance, which is bearable and very familiar, but I can’t really identify how exactly it smells like. I have extremely sensitive skin, but never had issues like irritation, redness, breakouts with this.

I have noticed that it does give you that instant glow, but it does nothing on improving the quality, texture of your skin, maintaining the glow in the long run even with continuous usage. I used it in last winters as a daily moisturiser for 3-4 weeks and felt no improvement in my skin because of this. It has really tiny shimmer particles in it which are not really that prominent or over the top, which I think play a good role in giving you the glow.

Even though it claims to be suitable for all skin types, but in my opinion, this is not apt for oily-skinned beauties as it does make the face shiny/greasy  Also, if you sweat a lot, I would suggest you to stay away from this as I have noticed that my face sweats more than usual when I apply this 
But overall, I like this product and use it often to get that glow. I like it more than Revlon skinlights illuminating lotion as that has a lot of shimmer in it and feels more of a cosmetic product.

What is Good About Radiance Energy 2-In-1 Beauty Balm Review:

• Gives an instant glow to the face.
• Can be used as a daily moisturiser for hydrating the skin.
• When used under makeup/foundation, it gives a beautiful overall glowing effect.
• Suitable for sensitive skin and does not clog pores/lead to break outs.
• Easy-to-use and carry packaging.
• Contains natural ingredients.
• Just a pea-sized amount is required for whole face, so 1 pack will last at least 8-9 months easily.

What is Not So Good About Radiance Energy 2-In-1 Beauty Balm:

• Just gives instant glow and does nothing on improving the skin quality or maintaining the glow.
• Expensive @ INR 790 for 50 ml.
• Even though it claims to be suitable for all skin types, but with personal experience I can tell it is not good for oily skin as it makes the face greasy.
• Available via Oriflame agents only.
• Contains 3-4 types of parabens 

  5. Nupur the name kinda reminds me of the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm. I tested that at a department store and was all ooh, ahh at the effect, but when I saw the price for a small tube I was like  This sounds nice enough, though it’s a bit expensive also.
