My Experience with Osmo Dual Action Miracle Repair:
My hair is naturally curly to wavy and has a lot of volume to them. Now these days, with some diet changes and including more protein in my food intake, I have seen much softness to my hair. This is being aided with some styling and softening products. Even heat styling seems to last better in my hair these days.

It weighs down my hair in a good way, because I like to reduce hair volume. If you have dry hair but no volume, you can use lesser but it will give you smoother hair.
