My Experience with & Other Stories Fleur De Mimosa Hand Cream
One brand that I really wanted to try for clothing during our Europe trip was & Other Stories. Well I did not end up buying anything from there clothing wise but I picked up a bunch of beauty products from their selection. The whole white luxurious packaging was so attractive, it was hard to resist. 😛
I always look for good hand creams and I always keep changing them as well. I am a sucker for citrusy fragrances so when I saw a lemony fragranced hand cream, I grabbed it.
It is a very light-weight hand cream with almost a gel cream kind of a texture. The texture is light and gets absorbed in the skin within seconds. So within seconds of applying the hand cream you can return back to your laptop without feeling any greasiness on your finger tips.
The fragrance is mild citrusy. It’s not overpowering at all but it stays on for hours. I like it so much that I keep smelling my hands after applying this. 😛 😛
I like the simple fuss free tube packaging. Nice and effective. A word of caution though, if you are carrying it an airplane, be careful of opening it. It overflows under low pressure. But then all tubes do. 😛
It hydrates the skin just fine. I wouldn’t call it a heavy dose hand cream but for summers it is a bliss for dry hands. One of the main ingredient is shea butter that I guess works really well in keeping hands soft and hydrated. It is also parabens free. It’s a very good day to day hand cream.
The quantity for the price is great. 30ml is a equal to your regular full sized bottle of foundation.
I absoooolutely love this hand cream. I can’t wait to try more from their beauty range.
Availability is an issue but if you are travelling across Europe, give this brand a go. You won’t be disappointed. 🙂
