Outfit of the Day: Festive Saree with Contrasting Blouse
Hi Everyone!
Happy durga puja and navaratra to everyone once again! I had promised some OOTDs during the puja and here is the first of the lot ๐ I had once asked about make up suggestions with this saree in โask IMBB.โ Used your suggestions and here is the look ๐ I tried to break the monotony of a mauve pink saree with a contrasting green blouse.
I had picked up this fabric in Kolkata and the design is my idea ๐ You can see the detailing at the back. My mom had picked up that round sequin from a local store.
As accessories, I wore my favorite meenakari jhumka which I had bought in a fair and also added plain golden bangles and a kundan finger ring.
Shoes were shiny gold sandals this time.

For make up, I tried the gold and green festive eye make up whose tutorial I shared few days back hereย and on lips, I had Elle 18 Hot Pink, a touch ofย peach blush, and I was done.

no lakshmi, i never do any styling as i am afraid of the heat spoiling my hair ๐ my hair is weird. sometimes it goes straight all by itself and sometimes it “decides” by itself that it wants to be wavy ๐ recently it is all wavy!
thanks nisita. i donot stick to one brand. recently i have been using habib’s tulsi lemon shampoo( i have reviewed that on IMBB) alongwith loreal nutrigloss conditioner ๐ other than that i use henna packs atleast twice a month ๐
