I thought I would share with you all my wedding outfit pictures! I took these pictures a while back and finally got around to uploading it onto my laptop. This is not my actual wedding day but a pre-wedding photo shoot. I had loads of fun with my hubby, laughing and enjoying every minute of it. By the end of the shoot, my cheeks ended up hurting due to all the smiling and laughter plus my neck hurt too by carrying that heavy dupatta and trying to keep my head straight (*hihi*).
The lehenga that I am wearing is from Ritu Kumar which was sent to me from India. I did not wear the blouse it came with, but instead I had a custom-made kurta made for my lehenga (courtesy of my aunt). I was trying to go for the look that I have seen on the runway on bridal fashion shows that consists of long kurtas with lehengas.
The lehenga is silk with golden embroidery on it and the dupatta is net with the same kind of work. Unfortunately, you cannot see my heels but I am wearing golden pencil heels to give me maximum height because my husband is so much taller than me. 😉
For jewelry, I am wearing a gold teeka, golden earrings, and bangles which were all given to me by my mom. I did my own makeup and had assistance for my dupatta setting. For makeup, I have on various different eye shades which would be too hard to explain on here (maybe I will do a tutorial to explain). I have on a mixture of different shades of deep red lipstick and heavy contouring. I hope you enjoyed the look and thank you so much for reading.
