Hello Beautiful People! 😀

How are you guys (the Delhi-waalas especially!), liking the monsoon showers? We’re finally getting some rains now, eh? Be honest, how many of you danced your ways to pleasing the Rain-God? 😛

Although, you guys have given me quite a positive response for my looks, yet I shall confess to you, about two of the biggest fashion-mistakes I am making recurrently this season! Yes! I’m talking about those absolute no-no blunders that could easily land you in those “Oops!” moments!!

But one at time, okay?! Here’s the first one! Any guesses? It’s wearing the colour white!

Brown Pants

I love wearing white. I could never have enough of this colour. It’s so easy to play around with. Plus, it feels so light and soothing against your skin. No other colour can ever possibly match up to its class/rank! But wearing white in all the seasons is alright, except during the rains! I would suggest all you pretty ladies take a good look at the weather forecast (yes, for once take your eyes off the eye-candy presenting the telecast! It’s for your own good! :P) and only then, pull those white pieces out of the cupboard.

Coming back to me, since I have got this shirt, it’s been impossible to take me out of it! My mother literally hides it, so I would wear something else!! I have worn it 26384995 times since the tailor handed it to me, last week! I LOVE IT! It’s just perfect in all which ways possible!!

Wearing it in a very simple manner, again!! Yet! The outfit somehow speaks for itself! (See! I told you, that’s the magic of the colour white, play around with it, and it won’t ever let you down!)

OOTD

Tucked in the shirt casually and rolled up the sleeves; paired it with my not-so-old jeggings. Although, I was never a brown person (the colour depresses me a little!), but I loved this one as and when my eyes fell on it! The style and the cut, if you can look closely, is quite unusual and cool! I finished off the look with hints of black, and my all time favourite- gold accessories! Finally, I added the statement bag – in leopard. To cut through the monotony of the basic colours, I added a little teeny-tiny pop of colour through my phone cover, nail and lip colour, and my most dear of them all – my friendship band! Another way I pepped up the slightly plain look, was by folding up the hem of my pants! I’m loving this new little trick- which I first saw on the Zara Online Page.

Kajal: Colorbar (Loyal companion since 4 years now).
Lips: MAC Lip Conditioner in Fuchsia Fix (Can’t see? Applied it very lightly!)
Nail paint: O.P.I. (Simar’s Nail Parlour, Select Citiwalk).

(Don’t blame me if it’s boring! :P)

  16. i love it the jegging way…nice OOTD… i donno y but m not much convinced wearing leggings wth a top i thnk bcz i read it quoted as a fashion disaster of last year on Femina…jeggings r pretty fine considering its cuts n stitches.. love tht hem folding… hv u noticed ranbir doing same in song main kya karu with his brown trousers??? eagerly waiting for barfi! to release!!! 😀

      Arey! You must try leggings too. They are way more comfortable than anything around. Not too long back, I too hated them! But just trying them once changed the whole scene! 😉
