Outfit of the Day: Skater Skirt with Waist Coat
Hi Everyone!
Here’s today’s OOTD. 😀
You can find skirts in every shape and size. We have high-waist, A-line, hi-low, pencil skirt, midi and maxis, perfect office wear and a club wear. Skirts can be so versatile. I think I might have tried them all so far.
The skirt which I am wearing for today’s outfit is called a skater skirt and the most important thing is that it is created by me 😉 Yes, I am the designer of this skirt! I think, you are already aware that I am crazy about fashion designing (mentioned in my Lehenga OOTD). I bought a similar skirt from an online store and did little research on Google and created it with the help of Mom. I am currently working on other DIYs and will show you more of my creations soon!
I wore this outfit for my husband’s official party. I wore a T-shirt which has deep neck at the back. I wanted a little fusion of formal and casual, so I ended up adding a waist coat. I added a belt at the waist to give it a dress-kind of a look. I finished the look with a matching formal bag, a black necklace, chunky bracelet and watch in gold, and lastly shimmery wedge heels.
