Hello pretty women????????.
“Wedding da season hai, O Soniya dance da reason hai” Yes or no?? Wedding season has arrived! It’s also the time to put loads and loads of efforts to have that perfect wedding or engagement ceremony. From décor to sangeet to mehendi to food, just about everything needs a lot of planning, but what’s most important for us (women) is to find the right outfit for that particular event. So here I am, to help my beautiful IMBB members in choosing a perfect outfit for an engagement, whether it’s in your family or your friend’s special day ????????. Here are some pictures of my sister Nikita in a beautiful gown that I had styled for her for an engagement in the family. Also sharing my pictures from the same event.
I selected this dark n*de, sequin embellished gown for her, which she loved immensely. This gown has an open back allowing her to expose the right amount of her back and look stunning at the same time. Since it was an embellished gown, I really didn’t have to work hard trying to accessorize the look. So, I just gave her a pair of pearl earrings that went very well with this outfit.
Outfits for engagement do not necessarily have to be an Indian or ethnic one, you can try contemporary designer gowns that would make you look trendy and beautiful at the same time.
Coming to my look, I wore a blue anarkali gown. I have a baby who is just one year old and I haven’t really lost my pregnancy weight, so I was looking out for the right outfit that wouldn’t make me look fat. This beautiful anarkali gown has two shades from the same color family, has embellishment on the top and the sleeves. It is fitted on the top and flares down from the waistline, hides my extra fat at the right places. This outfit came along with a dupatta too. I paired my anarkali gown with a set of kundan earrings and Steve Madden stilettos.
For Indian engagement ceremonies, you can either opt for a full evening gown or pick an anarkali gown, both options will make you look elegant and beautiful.
P.S. Keep your jewellery and makeup minimal and confidence up. Now, you are ready to paint the town red girl????????????????
