My Experience with Palladio CLG08 Blush Be Chic Lip Shine Ultra Shine Lip Gloss:
This is my third Palladio lip gloss and favourite among the three. This comes in a transparent plastic tube with a black cap and has a doe foot applicator which I quite like. The quality of packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly. Blush is a light peachy pink shade with lots of shine. There are very tiny shimmers in the tube but none on the lips. The shade is lovely, very easy to carry and suited both for morning and night.
My lips were slightly chapped and after this lip gloss was off my lips, I could feel my lips were moisturised and felt smooth. It does have a slight medicated smell which went away within 10 minutes of application. The pigmentation is okay. I needed 2 swipes to get some colour. The initial 10 minutes the colour as seen in the tube is on my lips. Post that, it turns more into a nude lip gloss which shines. I tried to take images as soon as I applied it but the lip swatch just doesn’t show the true colour at all. I tried various tricks and after n number of pictures, I still couldn’t get the exact shade which I could see on my lips. Staying power is sad like other Palladio lip glosses. To be precise, I wore it to take pictures, after a lot of failed efforts, I went to make some tea. Had the tea and looked into the mirror, the colour was all gone. I was only left with some shine on the lip line and a little overall. Other than this incident, I have worn this and it stays for not more than 1 hour.
There is no stickiness or any white cast on the side of the lips. I loved this colour so much that I badly wanted this gloss to work well. I wish wish they were pigmented and showed some colour, they would have been a super hit.
